SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Mo’Mbongo Boetiek: Shipping & Delivery Policy
We currently deliver orders within South Africa, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
1. Order processing
Orders are normally processed within [1–3] business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, launches, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.
If there is a significant delay, we will endeavor to notify you.
2. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are:
Major metropolitan areas: approximately [2–5] business days
Regional areas: approximately [3–7] business days
Remote areas: approximately [5–10] business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, unforeseen events and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping costs may vary according to:

From time to time, Mo’Mbongo Boetiek may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
4. Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please check your:

If an order has already been dispatched and needs to be redirected because incorrect information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted.
5. Failed delivery
If the courier cannot complete delivery because nobody is available, the address is incorrect or the customer cannot be contacted, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact the customer.
Additional charges may apply where a further delivery attempt is required due to information or circumstances attributable to the customer.
6. Damaged parcels
If your parcel appears visibly damaged when delivered, please photograph the parcel before opening it where reasonably possible.
If the contents are damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:

your order number;

photographs of the packaging;

photographs of the damaged product; and
-
a description of the damage.
We will assess the matter and provide the appropriate remedy.
7. Lost parcels
If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant courier or delivery provider and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
8. International shipping
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mo’Mbongo Boetiek currently does not guarantee international delivery.
Where international shipping is offered, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply and may be the customer's responsibility.
9. Delivery and consumer rights
Nothing in this shipping policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
